New Theme, Polls are open

Finally finished a decent theme to add since I upgraded to 2.3, and that means I can actually post polls now >.<
For a little background information on the poll, this is actually just a random thought I had while ranting about the Japanese industry and fansub debate and I was kind of curious how others felt. Nothing really more to it.
